About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Designer (Web & Brand) to join us on a contractor basis. In this role, you will be the primary creative force behind our visual identity, taking ownership of our digital presence and marketing assets to ensure our brand remains as innovative as the tools we build.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of all customer-facing marketing assets, including our website, promotional materials, social media graphics, and newsletter design.
• Lead creative initiatives from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that every project aligns with our broader business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides that reflect our brand values and scale effectively as we grow.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following qualifications:

• High proficiency in Figma is essential, with additional experience in motion design being a significant advantage.
• A strong background in branding and digital design, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual metaphors.
• The ability to work autonomously while partnering with leadership and marketing teams to ensure brand initiatives meet our strategic goals.
• A deep commitment to a user-centric design philosophy, ensuring every touchpoint provides an exceptional experience.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
