We cover more than 250 professional and collegiate teams, producing thousands of in-depth reports and over 120 podcasts. Role at a glance

We are looking for a Commercial Designer to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates currently residing in the United States or Canada. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between brand needs and user experience, helping us elevate our commercial design approach through innovation and strategy.

Your impact

• Develop visually striking, high-impact advertising materials that captivate both our users and our brand partners.
• Collaborate across teams, including product managers and engineers, to take complex design concepts from initial ideation to final execution.
• Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence and creative problem-solving.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional experience in digital design, specifically within advertising and marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and various prototyping tools.
• A solid background in motion design to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch and sell your design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of user experience principles and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
• Bonus points if you have experience with front-end development or website-building tools like Webflow.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
