What is this role?
We are looking for a Design Team Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in the United Kingdom, specifically in our Bournemouth office. We operate with a hybrid work model, so you will need to be in the office at least two days per week. In this role, you will balance your time between supporting the growth of our talented designers and staying hands-on with the creative work itself.What will you do?
* You will coach, mentor, and manage our design team, ensuring everyone has the support they need to thrive through regular one-on-one meetings. * You will jump into projects directly, using your expertise to shape work from the initial discovery phase all the way through to final delivery. * You will lead the team in solving complex client problems, ensuring that accessibility, inclusivity, and high-quality craft are at the heart of every solution we build.What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced leader who knows how to elevate design quality while guiding the overall product direction. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Figma and has a strong background in UX, UI, and design systems. You should have a proven track record of managing design teams, particularly within an agency or multi-client environment. We value clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine curiosity about new tools and methods that can help our team grow.What's in it for you?
