We are a small, focused design team at Radish that supports product and brand work across UX, UI, and branding projects. Because our needs shift with client work and internal initiatives, we maintain a Design Talent Pool so we can move quickly when opportunities arise. Candidates who apply here are the first we contact for contract or freelance design roles as they become available.

- Produce design artifacts in Figma that are clear, organized, and ready for handoff or iteration.

Requirements
- At least four years of professional design experience.
- Strong command of Figma for interface and prototyping work.
- Hands-on experience in UX design or UI design within a professional setting.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment that values direct communication.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
Compensation for individual contract or freelance engagements will be discussed at the time an opportunity arises. All roles are remote.
