What you'll be doing

• Audit our current design landscape to identify gaps, then define and execute an actionable roadmap that drives rapid adoption across our design and engineering teams.
• Build and document high-quality, reusable UI components and interaction patterns while establishing a robust design token architecture for consistent implementation across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Optimize our design workflows in Figma by utilizing advanced plugins, automation, and AI-driven enhancements to streamline the handoff process between design and engineering.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in product design or UX/UI, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on design systems. You should be proficient in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Expert-level skills in Figma, including a strong grasp of automation and plugin development.
• A solid technical foundation in frontend development principles, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, along with experience using Storybook.
• Proven ability to establish design token architectures and facilitate efficient workflows between design and development teams.
• Exceptional visual and UX judgment, paired with the communication skills necessary to advocate for the value of a scalable system to stakeholders at all technical levels.

What you'll get
