What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Design Operations Lead to join us on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our creative team, ensuring that our designers have the structure and support they need to produce their best work. You will be responsible for refining our internal processes and removing any friction that stands in the way of high-quality output. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the complete lifecycle of design projects, from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Bridging the gap between design, engineering, and product teams to ensure everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
• Managing our design operations ecosystem, which includes maintaining our design systems, organizing assets, and optimizing the tools our team uses every day.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in both project management and design workflows. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience managing projects within creative environments. You should be comfortable working with Agile methodologies and have a strong grasp of how design teams function. We value candidates who are excellent communicators and natural problem solvers, as you will be coordinating across multiple departments. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello is essential, and familiarity with design software such as Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe Creative Suite is a significant advantage. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business, design, or technology is required.
