What you'll be doing

Provide operational support to our Design Leaders by managing strategic projects, facilitating workshops, and handling communication and tooling needs.
Collaborate directly with our designers to address their requests and contribute to the growth of our design community.
Assist our user researchers and product teams by improving participant sourcing and managing our user research laboratory, including exploring automation opportunities.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a student currently pursuing a Master's degree in digital design, UX, or communication who is excited about the startup ecosystem. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking in public. Because we operate in an international environment, you must be fluent in both French and English. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid, remote-friendly setting and have a strong interest in design methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, and Miro will help you hit the ground running. If you have a portfolio or personal projects to share, we would love to see them.
