What you'll be doing
- Provide operational support to our Design Leaders by managing strategic projects, facilitating workshops, and handling communication and tooling needs.
- Collaborate directly with our designers to address their requests and contribute to the growth of our design community.
- Assist our user researchers and product teams by improving participant sourcing and managing our user research laboratory, including exploring automation opportunities.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a student currently pursuing a Master's degree in digital design, UX, or communication who is excited about the startup ecosystem. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable speaking in public. Because we operate in an international environment, you must be fluent in both French and English. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid, remote-friendly setting and have a strong interest in design methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, and Miro will help you hit the ground running. If you have a portfolio or personal projects to share, we would love to see them.
