About the Role
We are searching for a visionary Design Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level role where you will champion user-centered design to create best-in-class experiences across the Mindtickle platform. You will serve as a mentor to our product designers, collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership, and remain hands-on whenever necessary to ensure our design execution is flawless.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to define design strategies, establish user experience guidelines, and align on project objectives.
- Mentor and supervise a team of designers by setting growth plans, evaluating competencies, and providing consistent feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Utilize UX research and engagement data to validate design concepts, conduct usability studies, and continuously improve the user experience of our product.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing product or UX designers.
- A strong design portfolio is required for consideration.
- Expertise in user-centered design, UX research, and usability methodologies.
- Proficiency in Figma, along with a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- A degree in design is preferred.
Location
This position is based in India and requires an on-site presence.
