What you'll be doing
- You will manage the design process for the APAC region, ensuring that all vendors and consultants maintain high service levels and consistent quality while promoting continuous improvement.
- You will take ownership of design accuracy and technical governance, ensuring that every project aligns with our core principles of being repeatable, dependable, and predictable.
- You will lead technical due diligence and master planning efforts, working closely with our internal teams and external partners to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure all designs meet our rigorous safety and quality standards.
What you'll bring
- A degree in Architecture, with registration as an architect preferred.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience working on highly serviced buildings, ideally including data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or other mission-critical environments.
- A strong understanding of the interplay between architectural, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Experience with sustainability certifications like LEED or Uptime Institute Tier standards.
- Commercial awareness, allowing you to manage budgets, change control, and value engineering effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- Fluency in English.
