About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a central figure in our studio, balancing high-level creative vision with the practical needs of our projects. You will act as a mentor to your colleagues, a partner to our clients, and a guardian of our design quality. This position requires someone who can look beyond individual tasks to see the holistic impact of our work, ensuring every detail is polished and purposeful.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a positive environment while actively developing the individual strengths and capabilities of your colleagues.
• Take a prominent, client-facing role by presenting creative solutions, leading workshops, and ensuring our work aligns with client goals and project KPIs.
• Drive the quality of our craft by applying a systematic, storytelling-focused approach to complex design problems across digital platforms.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of creative instinct and strategic thinking. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working within leading digital agencies.
• A robust portfolio showcasing complex digital experiences for global brands, including e-commerce, mobile apps, and large-scale CMS sites.
• Proven experience in mentoring team members and working effectively within multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong communication skills with direct experience managing face-to-face client interactions.

Location

This role is based in the United Kingdom. We operate with a hybrid work model, where we come together in our studio every Tuesday and Thursday to foster collaboration and connection.
