We are looking for a talented Senior Design Engineer to join our team in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our platform by taking concepts from initial sketches all the way to production. What you'll be doing

• Manage our design system by maintaining consistency across both Figma and our codebase using React and Tailwind.
• Develop pixel-perfect interfaces by leveraging your expertise in CSS to ensure every detail is precise.
• Collaborate across teams to transform rough ideas into polished, production-ready features that enhance our platform experience.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who identifies as a builder and possesses a unique blend of design and engineering expertise. You should be highly proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with a deep understanding of modern frontend architecture and performance optimization. Your background should include:

• Experience working as a Design Engineer or in a hybrid role where you have balanced strong design instincts with technical implementation.
• A sharp eye for visual and interaction design, with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality frontend work and a focus on motion and responsiveness.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping in Figma, code, or AI tools to test ideas quickly.
• A strong command of CSS animations and layout techniques to create intentional, fluid user experiences.
• Fluency in English and a desire to work in an on-site, collaborative startup environment.
