The opportunity

As a Design Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of design and technology. Your mission is to create AI-driven tools that integrate seamlessly into our existing processes, helping us move faster and deliver better results for our clients. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and product vision, ensuring that our innovation is always grounded in real-world business needs.

A day in the life

• Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to spot opportunities where AI can automate or optimize our daily workflows.
• Rapidly experiment with new ideas by building and testing functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Develop reusable, adaptable tools that leverage our internal knowledge, such as design tokens, component libraries, and project frameworks, to empower both our team and our clients.

Who you are

You are a curious and proactive professional with at least two years of experience in digital product design or development. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the following skills:

• You actively integrate AI tools into your workflow, using platforms like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit, or Vercel.
• You have a strong grasp of design and development fundamentals, including typography rules, color systems, front-end frameworks, and component management.
• You know how to structure data so that it is effectively usable for AI-driven use cases.
• You communicate fluently in French and enjoy collaborating across disciplines with designers, developers, and product managers.
• You thrive in short, iterative cycles of testing and adjustment.

While our home base is in the Île-de-France region, we provide the freedom to work remotely for the majority of your time. Our offices in Montreuil are open all week for those who enjoy a physical workspace, and we gather as a team every two to three months for a dedicated three-day session to reconnect and align on our goals. You may also have the occasional opportunity to visit our clients in Paris when project needs arise.
