What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of polish and creative interaction across our platform. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading design initiatives and developing innovative, systems-based solutions for our product.
• Collaborating closely with design and engineering partners to ensure high-quality, accessible implementations.
• Championing the technical roadmap while focusing on iterative improvements to usability and browser performance.

Requirements

We value the depth and quality of your experience over a specific number of years, though we typically look for at least five years of development background. You should be a perfectionist when it comes to user experience, with a sharp focus on readability, performance, and accessibility. You need strong programming skills and a deep understanding of Next.js, Vercel, Contentful, Heap, and Figma. Proficiency in graphic design principles, such as typography, layout, and illustration, is essential. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, has a history of collaborating with marketing and design teams, and understands the nuances of the SaaS industry.

What we offer
