Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Design Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States. You will play a pivotal part in our growth, ensuring our visual brand identity remains consistent and iconic as we scale.
Your impact
- Act as a player-coach by guiding high-level brand strategy while also diving into tactical design execution.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to build innovative visual design systems that align with our business goals.
- Lead, inspire, and enable a world-class design team to cultivate a culture of creativity and excellence.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a creative leader with a strong command of English and a passion for the future of finance. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- At least 5 years of total design experience, including 2+ years in a senior brand design role.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership or management experience.
- A track record of executing high-quality consumer brands across diverse mediums like apps, physical merchandise, and large-scale advertising.
- Exceptional brand taste and a low-ego approach to problem-solving.
- A deep familiarity with our product and a desire to contribute fresh, actionable ideas.
Perks and compensation
The anticipated annual salary for this position is $150,000 to $220,000, supplemented by equity compensation. Our benefits package includes:
