What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Design Director to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will act as a player-coach, balancing high-level brand strategy with hands-on tactical execution. You will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity as we scale, ensuring our design systems remain iconic and consistent across every touchpoint. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and inspiring our design team while executing a wide variety of tactical design projects.
• Collaborating with founders and stakeholders to create innovative visual design systems that align with our long-term business goals.
• Cultivating a creative culture that empowers our designers to produce world-class work across app, brand, and marketing channels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative with at least five years of experience in design, including at least two years specifically as a Senior Brand Designer and two years in a leadership or management capacity. You should possess a deep understanding of brand strategy, visual design, and design systems. We value candidates who have a track record of building consumer-facing brands across diverse mediums. You must be an excellent communicator who can translate complex design results into clear business recommendations. We are looking for someone with high brand taste, a low-ego mindset, and a genuine passion for the future of finance. Proficiency in English is required, and we expect you to have explored our app and arrived with fresh, actionable ideas.

What we offer
