Design Director at Landor

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Paris studio.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Design Director to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a lead-level position based in France. You will be instrumental in shaping our creative output and guiding our studio toward continued excellence.

What will you do?

• Take charge of the creative vision for high-profile consumer brand projects, ensuring every concept is both innovative and commercially effective.
• Collaborate closely with our strategy, client services, and production departments to bridge the gap between bold creative ideas and solid business objectives.
• Mentor our junior designers to foster their growth while maintaining the high standards of craft and creativity that define our work.

What makes you a great fit?

You should be an experienced creative leader with a background in a brand or design agency setting. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

• A portfolio that highlights world-class work in consumer branding and packaging design.
• The ability to translate complex strategic insights into exceptional visual execution.
• Strong proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and modern AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to present concepts confidently and build lasting relationships with our clients.
• A deep understanding of the FMCG and CPG sectors, paired with a passion for staying ahead of cultural and design trends.
