We are looking for a visionary Design Director to join our team in the United States. Key outcomes

• Lead our multidisciplinary experience design team to deliver exceptional, high-impact creative work.
• Translate concepts from the creative team into fully realized designs through to final execution.
• Apply an analytical and strategy-focused lens to every project while maintaining a deep understanding of our clients and their competitive landscapes.
• Demonstrate mastery across all experience design pillars, including environmental, interior, retail, graphic, digital, and motion design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Present creative work to clients, fostering long-term trust and collaborative relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and share insights with the broader team to inform our design strategy.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related creative field.
• 10 to 12+ years of professional experience in design and experiential roles.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your passion for design and your ability to execute complex experiential projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant industry software.
• Proficiency in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, spatial diagrams, user journeys, and material application.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present visual and verbal concepts effectively.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset that allows you to thrive in an energetic and changing environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000. Actual placement within this range is determined by factors such as your specific experience, qualifications, market considerations, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
