What is this role?
We are looking for a Demand Generation Strategist to join our Revenue Marketing team on a 12-month contract. This is a mid-level position available to candidates across Canada. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating with our broader marketing teams to move prospects through the funnel and contribute to our overall revenue growth.
What will you do?
- Own the execution of mid-to-bottom-of-funnel demand generation initiatives, such as email nurture sequences, post-event communications, and digital campaigns designed to drive marketing-qualified leads.
- Write, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including sales follow-ups and re-engagement sequences, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing attribution tracking to understand lead quality and conversion trends, while working with the Marketing Operations Manager to refine lead scoring models.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS marketing environment, specifically within demand generation, lifecycle, or digital marketing. You are a strong writer who understands B2B sales funnels and conversion optimization. You feel comfortable analyzing marketing data to drive decisions and are highly organized when managing multiple projects. While not strictly required, familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker will help you hit the ground running. We value a solutions-focused, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and a genuine passion for testing and optimizing strategies.
