We are now looking for a senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team in the United States to build our marketing function from the ground up and drive our next phase of exponential growth.
Key outcomes
- Design and execute a robust demand generation strategy that supports our core business goals.
- Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns covering areas such as content, email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and co-marketing.
- Partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine buyer personas and identify ideal customer profiles to fuel lead generation.
- Refine and manage lead nurturing workflows to increase conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
- Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on return on investment.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in demand generation with a demonstrated history of success.
- Deep expertise in the full demand generation funnel and the ability to optimize every stage.
- Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics platforms, paid media, and SEO tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets responsibly.
- Fluency in English.
