Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer to build high-impact pipelines and drive enterprise demand for our solutions.

Your impact

• Design and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns across diverse channels, including account-based marketing, email, paid advertising, and events.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to craft messaging that resonates with our ideal customer profile and accelerates the sales cycle.
• Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve key performance indicators, specifically focusing on conversion rates from contacts to marketing qualified leads and demos to opportunities.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise demand generation within the B2B SaaS space, with a preference for backgrounds in FinTech, HRTech, or API-first companies.
• Deep proficiency with essential marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, Outreach, and Slack.
• A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to prove ROI and manage complex projects across multiple disciplines like SEO, paid ads, and content strategy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where grit and a proactive approach are valued.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The cash compensation for this position ranges from $96,000 to $128,000 per year, depending on individual experience and expertise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
