What you bring
We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a manager with 4 to 6 years of experience in the B2B space who thrives on building high-performing campaigns. You will be based anywhere, working to connect our solutions with the people who need them most. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that utilize email, paid media, and SEO to drive qualified leads.
- Partnering with our sales and marketing teams to optimize the lead lifecycle and ensure seamless handoffs that boost conversion rates.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure every campaign delivers measurable ROI and pipeline growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong grasp of B2B marketing principles and a proven track record of managing complex projects under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor’s degree and is highly proficient with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. You should be a results-oriented communicator who excels at building rapport with stakeholders and navigating a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, along with the ability to balance creative campaign development with data-driven decision-making.
