With over 35,000 global customers generating more than $1 billion in annual GMV, we are on a mission to make running a business easier for the fastest-growing online brands worldwide.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our paid media channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and various review sites.
Analyze and report on performance data across all marketing channels to ensure we are hitting our growth targets.
Partner with our product and content teams to drive SEO optimization initiatives.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and company initiatives.
Optimize the marketing funnel to consistently increase lead generation.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to shape our overall business strategy.
Act as a brand ambassador for Relay, maintaining an empathetic and positive connection with our customers.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of experience in demand generation or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven success managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Strong technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Customer.io, and Mixpanel.
A deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnel metrics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience working with markets in North America, the UK, and Europe.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a role that requires making complex decisions independently.
Fluency in English.
