We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Associate to support the execution of reach programs across our sales-led B2B growth initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting new pipeline growth by developing and executing demand generation campaigns that align with our go-to-market strategy. This includes ownership of marketing programs that engage and convert mid-market to enterprise prospects through highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $96,000 - $127,000
      • Zone B: $90,000 - $119,000
      • Zone C: $84,500 - $111,500
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD 113,000 - CAD 150,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation

As a Demand Generation Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and growth teams to build and execute always-on campaigns that create and capture demand, and accelerate revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by the generation of qualified leads, the efficiency of programs, and the ability to support our speed to market through executional excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Always-On Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including third party sponsorships, SEO, email, paid advertising, events, and more, that align with overall sales-led business goals and targets.
  • ABM Initiatives: Execute and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, working closely with sales to personalize outreach and engagement for high-value target accounts.
  • Sponsored/Field Event DG Support: Work with Senior Manager, Demand Generation to execute demand generation programs pre, during, and post event to fuel top of funnel and down funnel conversion.
  • Optimize Channel Performance: Continuously analyze and refine channel strategies, leveraging data to enhance performance and maximize ROI across all digital touchpoints.
  • Innovate with Emerging Channels: Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to integrate new strategies or technologies into our DG programming.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Work with Senior Manager, DG and Marketing Analytics to track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation programs, optimizing for quality over quantity and ROI.
  • Marketing Technology: Leverage marketing automation & CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Demand Generation Marketing Associate if you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in demand generation
  • Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads and pipeline
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and full-funnel demand generation campaigns
  • Experience in marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (e.g., Marketo, SFDC) 
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
  • Scrappy with a get stuff done attitude
