At Webflow we build a Website Experience Platform that gives marketing teams the tools to create, manage, and optimize high-performing sites without writing code. Our AI-powered features help companies turn more visitors into customers, and our platform is trusted by independent designers, creative agencies, and many Fortune 500 organizations around the world. We are now looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Associate to join our fully remote team on a full-time basis and help drive new pipeline through targeted, multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize integrated demand-generation campaigns across channels such as paid media, email, SEO, sponsorships, and events to meet sales-led growth targets.
- Execute and scale Account-Based Marketing programs in close partnership with sales, tailoring outreach to high-value mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing-automation and CRM platforms, turning data insights into clear recommendations that improve ROI and lead quality.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in demand generation or a closely related B2B marketing role, with a demonstrated record of producing qualified leads and pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and how to run full-funnel campaigns that align with revenue goals.
- Working knowledge of marketing-automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce; comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent project-management and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a resourceful, “get-it-done” approach to problem solving.
What we offer
Base salary ranges from $84,000 to $127,000 USD depending on location and experience, with eligibility for the company-wide bonus program.
