We are a dedicated team of product builders, investors, and optimists working to rebuild investor relations from the ground up. Our platform is backed by prominent software venture capital firms, including 8VC and Spark Capital, and we serve as a trusted resource for many of the world's top venture capital organizations. We are currently seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis to help us scale our impact.
Key outcomes
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and generate high-quality leads.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to maximize performance.
- Coordinate the email marketing calendar, handling everything from initial planning to final execution and optimization.
- Test and implement new growth channels, including organic social media, webinars, and event sponsorships.
- Maintain detailed reports on key performance indicators such as pipeline, revenue, spend, and return on investment.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership to guide our strategic direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand messaging remains consistent across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure their output aligns with our business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, specifically within a growing B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Deep expertise in SEM, paid digital advertising, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- A highly analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Proficiency with various marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- A scrappy, experimental mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling business.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to pivot as business priorities evolve.
- A genuine passion for marketing and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within the startup or venture capital ecosystem.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $135,000 and $175,000, supplemented by a competitive equity package. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
