Demand Generation Manager at Workrise

Workrise serves as the essential network powering the energy industry, simplifying complex supply chain and workforce management to help our clients operate more safely and efficiently. We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity, helping us accelerate growth and innovation within the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our long-term revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure our marketing campaigns effectively support lead generation and deal closure.
• Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage relationships with external SEO and paid media agencies to maximize return on investment.
• Write creative briefs and partner with product marketing to produce content that engages prospects throughout the sales funnel.
• Optimize our website for conversion and conduct ongoing A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
• Oversee budget allocation across channels and monitor key performance indicators to ensure we meet our growth targets.

Must-haves

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
• A proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working within the oil and gas industry.
• Hands-on experience using Account-Based Marketing software, such as Demandbase.
