With a global team of over 160 professionals, we are now looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to help us continue our momentum in a remote-first environment.

Key outcomes

• Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns, utilizing email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content syndication.
• Partner closely with our sales department to maintain high lead quality and ensure our campaign strategies align with broader business objectives.
• Enhance our lead nurturing workflows by leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights to drive ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate with our product, content, and field marketing teams to produce high-impact marketing assets.
• Oversee budget management and track the return on investment for all demand generation initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in demand generation, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional project management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $180,000, with the final offer determined by your specific skills and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
