About the Role
We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager on a full-time basis. In this position you will lead day-to-day demand generation efforts that increase marketing-qualified leads, raise conversion rates, and strengthen the connection between marketing and sales. Roughly seventy percent of the role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, while the remaining thirty percent centers on strategic planning and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run end-to-end marketing campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn Ads, email nurture, account-based marketing, and sales enablement programs to grow MQL volume.
- Build and refine lifecycle assets such as email sequences, messaging frameworks, ad copy, and enablement decks that help both marketing and sales teams convert leads more effectively.
- Track campaign performance in Salesforce, Tableau, and Mixpanel, report on ROI and pipeline influence, and use those insights to test and scale high-performing initiatives.
Requirements
You bring three to four years of demand generation experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, along with proven success managing paid media, account-based marketing, and sales enablement programs. You are comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams to create content that improves conversion rates, and you have direct experience measuring results in Salesforce, Tableau, Mixpanel, or comparable platforms. Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics, MQL optimization, and lifecycle marketing is essential, as is the ability to craft clear, compelling materials that resonate with financial advisors. Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, attribution modeling, or prior work in fintech or financial services is viewed as a plus.
Location
This role is fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $89,500 to $151,000 per year, plus bonus and RSUs. In addition, we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, equity compensation, generous paid time off including parental leave, an employee assistance program, and a home office stipend.
