Demand Generation Manager at Unitq

We are unitQ, a SaaS platform that helps companies improve product quality and accelerate growth by leveraging AI to analyze user feedback. Our technology helps industry leaders like Pinterest, Spotify, and Chime identify the most impactful product fixes, leading to higher conversion rates and improved customer satisfaction. Following our recent Series B funding led by Accel, we are in a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to help us build a world-class marketing foundation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy covering digital, search, webinars, and email to meet our acquisition and revenue goals.
• Oversee daily campaign management, including audience targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Execute an account-based marketing strategy that builds awareness and creates opportunities within target accounts.
• Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and attribution.
• Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand our audience and reach them effectively.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as lead volume, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Stay current with the evolving marketing landscape to identify new channels and growth opportunities.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience in creating and driving successful marketing programs.
• A background in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Proficiency with essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Experience managing ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Bing.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• A customer-centric mindset and a highly collaborative approach to working across different departments.
• The ability to adapt quickly, learn from failures, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Fluency in English.
