The opportunity
We are searching for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Product and Lifecycle Marketing team. This is a full-funnel role where you will be responsible for executing integrated campaigns that build brand awareness and drive meaningful pipeline growth. You will act as both a strategist and a tactician, ensuring that our marketing efforts are not only innovative but also deeply rooted in data to achieve our ambitious business objectives.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute full-funnel campaign strategies, managing the activation calendar across diverse channels like social media, webinars, content, and partner programs.
- You will partner closely with our Sales and Sales Enablement teams to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the funnel, from the initial marketing-qualified lead to the final closed deal.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Analytics, to dive into campaign performance data, identifying key insights that allow us to refine our approach and improve overall return on investment.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in demand generation within the B2B SaaS space. You thrive in environments that require both meticulous project management and high-level strategic thinking. Your background includes the following:
- A proven track record of using data to drive decision-making, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Strong storytelling abilities, allowing you to craft compelling copy and content that motivates your audience to take action.
- The ability to influence stakeholders across a global organization and a willingness to take calculated, innovative risks.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Experience with modern marketing technologies, such as Hubspot, Goldcast, or similar platforms.
