Demand Generation Manager at Zus Health

At Zus, we are building a shared health data platform that makes it easier to access patient information through APIs and direct EHR integrations. Founded in 2021 by Jonathan Bush, we partner with health information exchanges and data networks to turn clinical history into actionable insights at the point of care. What is this role?

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates anywhere. As a manager-level hire, you will play a central role in our top-of-funnel strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to align our outreach with our broader business objectives.

What will you do?

• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, including webinars, social media, and paid advertising, to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
• Manage sophisticated Account-Based Marketing campaigns that utilize personalized outreach to connect with our target B2B healthcare organizations.
• Optimize our lead scoring mechanisms and CRM workflows to ensure our sales team is focused on the most promising, high-value opportunities.

• Deep experience with Account-Based Marketing and modern marketing analytics.
• Technical proficiency in managing CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• A proven ability to develop SEO strategies and implement effective lead scoring models.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset for working across internal departments.
