What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a key position for someone with deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing and a background in early-stage startups. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies that align with our ABM framework, driving high-quality leads, and contributing directly to our sales pipeline.
What will you do?
- Build and implement multi-channel demand generation programs, including email, paid media, and events, with a specific focus on engaging target accounts.
- Lead the development and execution of our ABM strategy by tailoring marketing efforts to high-value accounts and ensuring total alignment with our sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to define target accounts, personalize content for specific segments, and optimize campaign performance using data from tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of analytical skills and strategic marketing experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in ABM roles within B2B software companies.
- Proven experience working in early-stage startups, including a track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up.
- Expertise in managing marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot alongside CRM systems like Salesforce.
- A deep understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a cross-functional team.
- Fluency in English.
