About the Role

We are searching for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this senior-level role, you will act as the architect of our pipeline engine. You will be responsible for building and refining programs that generate awareness, nurture prospective clients, and convert leads into high-value sales opportunities. This position sits at the intersection of revenue accountability and marketing strategy, requiring you to work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure our campaigns are measurable, targeted, and directly tied to pipeline outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs, including email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and account-based marketing.
• Manage the full marketing funnel from initial awareness to the handoff between marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads.
• Oversee campaign execution and lead management within Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene and accurate attribution modeling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within the enterprise technology or IT services sectors.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing automation platforms, with specific fluency in Pardot being highly valued.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce CRM for tracking campaigns and reporting on pipeline metrics.
• A demonstrated history of building programs that produce measurable pipeline results rather than just high lead volume.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Experience executing account-based marketing programs aimed at enterprise-level accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 USD. We are committed to fair compensation practices, and the final offer will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to our competitive pay, we offer the flexibility of remote work.
