Demand Generation Manager at Unitq

We are unitQ, a SaaS platform that helps companies improve product quality by analyzing user feedback through our proprietary AI technology. With backing from Google and Accel and major clients like Pinterest and Spotify, we are in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our remote team and help scale our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital, search, email, and webinar channels to meet our acquisition and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily campaign management, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Support our ABM strategy by building scalable campaigns that generate awareness and opportunities within key accounts.
• Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and attribution tracking.
• Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand our audience and refine our outreach.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as lead volume, ROI, spend, and conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and test new growth channels.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience in creating and driving high-impact marketing programs.
• Proven background working in B2B, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Proficiency with essential marketing tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience managing ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth culture.
• A commitment to continuous learning and the adaptability to pivot strategies when necessary.
