As a Series B company backed by Bain Double Impact and recognized on Fortune's Impact 20 list, we are dedicated to solving social challenges through innovation. We invite you to join our team and help us empower educators across North America.
What you bring
We are seeking a senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for leading our demand generation campaigns to drive new revenue opportunities for Lillio and FunShine Express. Your expertise in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, Drift, Asana, Google Suite, and Slack will be vital as you collaborate with our sales and operations teams to scale successful programs. This position is open to candidates located anywhere.
- Own the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate new sales pipelines for childcare centers.
- Partner with sales teams to build and execute strategic account-based marketing programs from the ground up.
- Analyze the demand generation funnel to identify and implement improvements for conversion metrics and data integrity.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses at least five years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment with a strong focus on demand generation. You should be highly analytical, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo is essential, as is a deep understanding of SaaS metrics like LTV to CAC and conversion funnels. We look for individuals who are excellent communicators and writers, fluent in English, and who can effectively present data-driven insights to the broader organization.

- Remote work flexibility with periodic team gatherings.
- 401k retirement plan with company matching.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal, and volunteer days.
- Dedicated opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
