We are looking for a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to take full ownership of our webinar and virtual event strategy, ensuring our programs deliver high-value experiences across the entire buyer journey.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy that aligns with our pipeline objectives, content themes, and messaging goals.
- Lead the end-to-end project management of our webinar programs, including scheduling, technical setup, and cross-functional collaboration on creative and promotional assets.
- Develop effective pre- and post-event engagement strategies to maximize reach and repurpose content for broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor program performance by establishing benchmarks, analyzing data, and reporting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Serve as a moderator for live sessions to ensure a seamless experience for our attendees.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing field with a history of meeting pipeline targets.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on proficiency with webinar platforms, such as Zoom Webinars.
- The ability to collaborate across teams to deliver personalized and impactful audience experiences.
Nice-to-haves
- At least 2 years of experience managing virtual programs, ideally within a B2B setting.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to turn strategic vision into concrete results.
- Experience partnering with content teams to create editorial material that reflects industry trends and product insights.
- A highly organized approach to managing competing priorities and seeing projects through to completion.
