What you bring
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and elevating our brand presence. This full-time, hybrid position is based in the United States, with a requirement to be in our Atlanta office 2-3 days per week. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and collaborate across departments to refine our outreach. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end-to-end lead generation process, including identifying and qualifying leads while maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.
- Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies across email, content marketing, paid media, and events to engage healthcare decision-makers.
- Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on pipeline metrics to provide data-driven insights that optimize our marketing tactics.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment and possesses a strong background in marketing strategy. You should have at least five years of experience in demand or lead generation, along with two years of hands-on experience using Salesforce. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is expected. While not required, we highly value candidates with experience in SaaS environments and the healthcare industry. Proficiency with HubSpot and a track record of effective campaign management will set you apart. What we offer
