- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social, and paid media, to generate high-quality leads for the North American personal lines insurance market.
- Design and implement an Account-Based Marketing strategy that targets specific enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing operations teams to refine lead scoring models, manage pipeline metrics, and ensure a seamless handoff process that maximizes conversion.

- Deep familiarity with HubSpot, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

- Experience managing digital campaigns, A/B testing, and editorial calendars.
- Fluency in English.

- Employee stock options.
- Comprehensive health benefits, including a Lifestyle Spending Account.
- Four weeks of paid vacation per year.
- The flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for 60 days per year.
- A supportive hybrid work environment.
