We are currently seeking an impact-focused Demand Generation Manager to join our Sydney-based team in a hybrid capacity, working three days a week from our CBD office.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive business growth and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Manage the full lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns, including account-based marketing, events, digital initiatives, and thought leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, and Product teams to ensure marketing activities align with broader business objectives.
- Oversee the lead handoff process to ensure Sales teams are fully equipped with the necessary insights and qualification criteria.
- Utilize Salesforce and other marketing automation tools to track campaign performance, attribute results, and refine targeting strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaign efficiency by testing new channels, creative approaches, and audience segments.
Must-haves
- Five to eight years of experience in demand generation or marketing roles within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from initial concept through to final execution.
- Strong commercial acumen and a focus on achieving tangible business results.
- Experience in lifecycle management, customer engagement, or retention strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience in product marketing.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to navigate complex projects and work effectively within a team.
- Fluency in English.
