What you'll be doing

• You will own and optimize our paid acquisition strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google, executing campaigns directly to drive sign-ups and pipeline.
• You will design and improve email marketing programs that nurture cold leads while effectively activating and converting our free users.
• You will run scrappy, data-driven experiments across multiple channels, scaling the initiatives that work and iterating quickly to maximize our growth impact.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B demand generation and a passion for developer-focused products. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, specifically targeting technical audiences like DevOps engineers and security teams.
• Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns hands-on without relying on external agencies.
• Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• A deep understanding of SEO, email marketing, and paid media strategies.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our collaborative, remote environment.
• An execution-oriented mindset that thrives on experimentation and continuous improvement.
