What you bring
We’re looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join us on a Full Time basis. In this remote role you’ll own the end-to-end execution of our event-led demand generation programs while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to turn strategic events into measurable pipeline growth. Your three core responsibilities will be planning and running high-impact industry and hosted events, aligning those events with account-based marketing priorities, and nurturing leads through multi-channel campaigns that convert into revenue. The position is open to candidates located Anywhere in Canada.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management and bring at least three years of hands-on experience executing complex B2B events and demand generation programs, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. You combine strong project-management skills with a data-driven mindset, using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo to measure performance and optimize ROI. Excellent stakeholder communication, comfort traveling up to 40 percent of the time, and an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in fast-paced settings round out the profile we seek.
What we offer
The expected compensation range for this role is CAD $90,000–$100,000, with additional consideration for equity. Beyond pay, we support a fully remote work arrangement so you can contribute from anywhere in Canada while collaborating with a global, cross-functional team.
