The role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a management-level position that requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to execution. You will be based out of our Charlottesville, VA or Boston, MA offices, where you will collaborate closely with our business development and delivery teams to foster our culture of innovation and teamwork.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive demand-generation campaigns that nurture relationships with key prospects and maintain a consistent market presence for our services.
- Partner with the VP of Demand Generation to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive the development of thought leadership content that articulates our unique point of view.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and sales by developing new outreach plays and educating our business development team on our latest service offerings and market trends.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of creative strategy and technical execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to write persuasively for various audiences.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding campaign creation, performance tracking, and reporting.
- A solid understanding of our industry or experience within our core service lines and verticals.
Compensation and benefits
