Role at a glance

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a manager-level position based in Somerville, MA. We operate in a hybrid environment, and you will be expected to work from our office at least three days per week.

Your impact

• Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our enterprise and commercial sales teams.
• Architect multi-channel engagement programs that align with the customer buyer journey to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
• Manage campaign budgets and analyze performance data to ensure a strong return on investment while reporting results to key stakeholders.

What you'll need

We are looking for a growth-oriented professional who is fluent in English and brings the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong tactical knowledge of email marketing, advertising, and events, alongside a deep understanding of B2B metrics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo, as well as sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A clear, concise communication style that makes complex concepts easy to understand.
