We are currently looking for a passionate professional to help us build out our demand generation function and drive our next phase of growth.
What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a high-impact position for someone who loves to build. You will be responsible for designing, launching, and refining integrated go-to-market campaigns that directly influence our lead volume, pipeline health, and overall revenue. We need someone who is naturally curious, data-obsessed, and ready to experiment with new tactics to see what works best.
What will you do?
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns across PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and trade shows to generate high-quality leads and keep existing prospects engaged.
- Maintain a master campaign calendar to ensure that our marketing efforts are perfectly coordinated and executed on time.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, account management, and broader marketing teams to align our messaging with our ideal customer profile and share clear updates on campaign performance.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing within the B2B tech sector. You are a creative problem solver who uses data to guide your decision-making process. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with the following tools and strategies:
- Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Salesforce for CRM and lead management.
- A strong grasp of SEO, PPC, and content-led marketing strategies.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
