We are currently looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help us scale our impact. Key outcomes
- Design and execute comprehensive outbound marketing programs, with a specific focus on Account-Based Marketing to engage key enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify strategic target accounts and refine lead scoring models for a seamless opportunity handoff process.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach to generate high-quality Sales Qualified Opportunities.
- Lead and mentor our Business Development Representative team to ensure effective execution of demand generation strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize return on investment and report findings to leadership.
- Maintain and improve our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot, to track and enhance outreach efforts.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by working closely with our product and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, specifically within outbound marketing and Account-Based Marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel sequences and personalized outreach using modern sales engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Commitment to a hybrid work schedule, with a preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area who can work from our office four days per week.
- Current authorization to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide H1B visa sponsorship for this position.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience marketing SaaS or software solutions.
- Background or domain expertise in fintech, climate tech, or the renewable energy sector.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $101,000 to $170,000, in addition to equity. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401k plan with a 6% match, commuter benefits, a flexible time off policy, and professional development opportunities.
