We are looking for a passionate Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Fieldwire. We are currently transforming the 10 trillion dollar construction industry with our field management platform, which is already used on over 1,000,000 projects globally. About the Role
This is a full-time, senior-level position that operates on a remote basis. As our Demand Generation Manager, you will lead our digital marketing efforts and oversee a 7-digit paid acquisition budget. You will work closely with our partners at Hilti to refine our lead generation strategies and ensure our marketing programs deliver measurable, bottom-line results.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new customer acquisition across digital channels, including SEM, SEO, and email marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecasts while optimizing the entire conversion funnel through continuous experimentation.
- Build and execute a marketing motion designed to drive cross-selling opportunities between Fieldwire and our parent company, Hilti.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or general marketing.
- A deep understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and paid media strategies.
- A proven ability to act as a strategic partner to Sales teams and manage complex programs with various cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a background that spans multiple marketing disciplines.
- Experience with B2B mobile solutions or construction technology is highly preferred.
Location
This role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may also be eligible for a corporate bonus of up to 20%. We are proud to offer a flexible remote work environment for all our team members.
