About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead the charge in creating and implementing multi-channel strategies designed to attract qualified leads and fuel our rapid expansion. We need a self-starter who feels at home in a fast-paced startup, embraces ambiguity, and is eager to refine our internal processes as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch integrated demand generation campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, PPC, and content syndication.
- Partner closely with our sales department to maintain high lead quality and ensure our campaign objectives remain aligned with business goals.
- Enhance our lead nurturing workflows by leveraging marketing automation tools and maintaining seamless integration with our CRM.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in demand generation, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret data and turn those insights into actionable improvements.
- Exceptional project management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
