The opportunity
We are searching for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth, responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive revenue. Because we are still a young and evolving team, you will have the chance to help shape the very foundation of our marketing department. You will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience and that our strategies are backed by solid data.
A day in the life
- You will design and launch comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital, search, and email channels to hit our acquisition targets.
- You will oversee the daily management of our campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget allocation to ensure we are maximizing our efficiency.
- You will partner with our sales organization to support our account-based marketing efforts, creating scalable programs that build awareness and open doors with key target accounts.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least five years of experience in building and driving successful programs, ideally within the B2B or SaaS startup space. You are comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and possess a strong data-driven mindset. You have a deep technical toolkit, including proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and you understand the nuances of cross-channel attribution. You are a collaborative communicator who thrives on working across departments, and you bring a resilient, curious attitude to every challenge you face.
