What you bring
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. You will work closely with our leadership to shape our B2B paid media strategy and drive high-impact performance opportunities for event organizers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Owning our B2B paid channel activities, with a specific focus on LinkedIn Ads to boost awareness and revenue.
- Developing and executing performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive lead generation and user acquisition.
- Managing and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, G2, and Capterra while monitoring key performance metrics like ROI and conversion rates.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally within the SaaS sector. You should possess deep industry knowledge of modern demand generation methods and have a proven track record of managing LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads. Proficiency in HubSpot is essential, as is a strong analytical mindset that allows you to use data to forecast performance and optimize campaigns. We value individuals who are passionate about A/B testing and personalization. Fluency in English is required, and while not mandatory, hands-on experience with Salesforce and working in cross-functional growth teams will be considered a significant advantage.
