We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help us scale our marketing efforts.
Key outcomes
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy covering digital, search, webinar, and email channels to meet our acquisition and revenue targets.
- Oversee daily campaign operations, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget management to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Execute account-based marketing strategies that build brand awareness and create new opportunities within our target accounts.
- Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach by constantly testing, optimizing, and ensuring accurate attribution and tracking.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering departments to deeply understand our audience and refine our outreach.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as engagement, spend, ROI, and conversion rates, on a regular basis.
- Stay current with the evolving marketing landscape to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing successful marketing programs, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across various internal teams.
- A high level of adaptability, a commitment to continuous learning, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
