We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team and help us build the foundation of our marketing organization.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy across digital, search, email, and webinar channels to meet our acquisition and revenue goals.
- Oversee daily campaign operations, including audience targeting, creative development, and budget management to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute account-based marketing strategies that generate awareness and create new opportunities within our target accounts.
- Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and attribution tracking.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand our audience and refine our outreach strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as lead generation, spend, return on investment, and conversion rates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing successful marketing programs, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Expertise in managing paid media across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
- A customer-centric mindset and a highly collaborative approach to working across different departments.
- A proven ability to adapt to new challenges, learn from outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Fluency in English.
